RETAIL

We currently operate one retail location during the summer months in Provincetown, Massachusetts.  Typically we operate our store Memorial Day through Halloween. 

Our hours vary as the temperatures rise and fall and the crowd waxes and wanes.

Yes! You can order from us online 24/7/365.

Our online shop typically offers the same inventory as our retail store. However, some items such as books, jewelry and limited collections can only be found in-store.

We occasionally do pop-up shops and regularly pop-up at H√ītel Gaythering on South Beach in Miami. Join our email list for pop-up store notifications.

ORDER PROCESSING

When you place an order the charge is authorized by your credit card processor, Amazon, Google, or PayPal. You are charged once you submit your order.

Upon order review we process the payment promptly and aim to ship the item the next business day. Please note we are closed most bank holidays, in which your order will be processed the following business day.

If an item is backordered it will indicate rough shipping date on the product page.

Yes, we aim to ship all items together to keep shipping costs down.

If you place an order for multiple items that include a backordered item we will ship both items together once the backordered item becomes available.

PRE-ORDERS & BACK-ORDERS

When you place a pre-order you will be charged upon order placement to reserve the item. 

The preorder ETA will be indicated in the item description and is a guide. Sometimes delivery will be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.  We will try our best to communicate any unforeseen delays.

There are times specific sizes may be on backorder, you will be charged upon order placement to reserve the item and the back order date will be indicated in the item description.

If you place an order for multiple itemsthat includes a back/pre-ordered item we will aim to ship allitems together as this helps keep shipping costs down.

SHIPPING

Free ground shipping is available in the USA for orders of $75 or more after any discounts have been applied. 

Orders are typically processed upon receipt and shipped on the following business day.

We ship using USPS First Class, this allows us and you to track your order and keep shipping charges down; transit times vary depending on destination, however USPS indicates that First Class within the continental US takes 2-5 business days.

Yes. You may request to upgrade to expedited shipping by e-mailing us upon receipt of the order confirmation at: orders@adamsnest.com; charges will vary based on destination. 

We cannot be responsible for “delivered" packages. USPS Postal carriers often scan packages prior to delivery, thus improving  delivery statistics, we may ask you to wait a day before investigating further. If you live somewhere where mail ends up in a pile, or your office mailroom is a mess, please keep an eye out on your expected delivery date. Once a package is marked as “delivered" there is nothing we are able to do on our end.  If you prefer to place an order and require signature for delivery please email us at:orders@adamsnest.com; we will need to invoice you for the additional fee.

Yes!

We ship internationally to a large number of countries using USPS International First Class.
Transit times and costs vary depending on destination; deliveries generally take between¬†7‚Äď21 days¬†to arrive, although USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or transit times.

Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when we fulfill your order. It is then scanned by the post office at drop off. USPS First Class allows for the least expensive ship mode and is trackable while in the US; in most cases tracking ends at the U.S. border.

For orders shipping to Germany we suggest tracking the shipment with Deutsche Post/DHL. If the item is unable to be delivered, the recipient has only 7 days from date of notice to collect the item before it is shipped back to us. We cannot refund shipping charges and will need to charge for shipping a second time to resend the shipment.

Any duties/taxes levied by local customs are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Shipments returned due to refusal to pay duties will only be refunded for the cost of the items; shipping fees are not refundable.

We have found that deliveries to Italy generally take the full 21 days, and sometimes 30 days depending on the destination within Italy.

For international orders that prefer a different ship mode, email us upon receipt of your order confirmation at:  orders@adamsnest.com.  We will email you an invoice you for any additional shipping charges and you will be required to enter your payment information a second time via the provided link.


To minimize fraud we may require you to use Paypal.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchases from Adam's Nest and will gladly exchange unwashed/unworn apparel for another size or color or for a store credit within 14 days of receipt.

Pins, Books, Stationary may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of receipt.

Original artwork, jewelry, and items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and you will be charged the additional shipping fee for the replacement shirt if you want to exchange the item.  


We ask your understanding as we are a small business and are unable to absorb these additional shipping fees.

We will provide an invoice with a link where you will need to enter your payment information for the additional shipping charge. After we receive payment, and the item being exchanged, we will promptly ship the replacement.

Please contact us to facilitate return/exchange so we can put aside any desired item and provide you with an authorization number.

We recommend using a service that you can track the item to ensure its receipt.

Packaging

Do not be alarmed or surprised if you receive an item in a vinyl mailer with nothing else. We aim to keep our packaging to a minimum.

Promotions

Yes! From time-to-time we have promotions on our website. These promotions vary.  Be sure to subscribe to our email and text list to hear of any promotions or discounts.

Unfortunately, promotions are not applicable to prior orders and cannot be retroactively applied.  

Promotions may not be combined; only one promo code or automatic discount per order. 

Original artwork, jewelry, and books are excluded from email/text sign up discounts and all promotions, unless noted otherwise.
